All orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. We currently only ship to selected countries in the following regions:

Africa: Algeria, Egypt, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa.

Asia: Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, The Philippines, Turkiye.

Australia: Australia, New Zealand.

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, United Kingdom (UK).

The Middle East: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

North America: Canada, United States of America (USA)

South America: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, El Salvador, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Venezuela.

**If your country is not on the list, feel free to message us via WhatsApp where one of our admins will assist you with your order and delivery fee quotation.

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and number of item(s).
Currently, we can only ship a maximum of 10 jerseys per order. Please contact us via us WhatsApp if you need to order more items.
Please review your order carefully before making payment. Once payment is completed, the sale is final.

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, EXCHANGES, or REFUNDS.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that all international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by their destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

The 7% tax applied at checkout reflects Thailand’s local VAT only.

As customs regulations and inspection processes vary by country, we are not responsible for any delays, additional charges, or if an order is rejected or refused by the destination country’s customs authorities.

We do not provide shipping insurance with the standard delivery method.
A Tracking Number will be provided after the product has been shipped [when applicable].
Please allow 3-22 business days for delivery, depending on your delivery option, location and local customs processing.
If required by the customs office in your country, we can provide a receipt or basic documentation to help with parcel declaration. Please contact us via WhatsApp if you need this.
You can find the estimated delivery details below. As not all options are available to every country, please be noted that it a delivery option will be automatically assigned for your order at checkout based on your order amount & the availability for your country.

In-Store Pick Up

We also offer a Self-Pick up option on our website.
In order to do so, please go to VIEW MY CART page and change your location to BANGKOK, THAILAND. There will be an In-Store Pick Up option for you under the available DELIVERY METHODS.
Once your order is ready, we will send you a Ready for Collection Email Confirmation.
Please let one of our staff know your NAME and ORDER NUMBER upon your collection.

Jersey Customization

Official player name and number customizations will look nearly identical to the authentic version since we stock the fonts in-store.
For custom names (such as your own name or wording), the print may have slight differences in texture or finish because it is produced in-store.
